As the title says, sometimes life's great sayings won't always fit in the space provided. I received an urge to update my personal quote, but apparently it was too long for the space provided, so here it is:
"Life is about the Journey; your Destination will come in Time, you just have to wait around long enough for it to find you! With Patience you can experience life for what it is, in all its beauty, complexity and simplicity. Just love life for what it is and you will find peace."
The idea stems from a lot of places: The Bible, classical Greek literature (Odysseus), "Ulysses" by Alfred, Lord Tennyson; Taoism, Buddhism, Zenn, and a lot of other places I can't remember off the top of my head. It's a construct of philosophy that states one must appreciate life for what it is, the journey and continue on their voyage, ever vigilant of the path ahead, but not worried about reaching their destination. Oh, knowing at the time where they want to be headed is important, but being stressed about it is not the point. One must appreciate life for what it is and let it flow about them.
I wish the community well, peace, love and happiness. Good luck!
